Do you ship internationally?
Currently packages are shipped via USP to US. I will be expanding internationally soon☺️
Is it possible to change my order once it’s placed?
If you would like to make a same product/price exchange or request a refund before shipment then please email cocoabutterkissescosmetics@gmail.com. If your product has already been shipped you will need to place a new order.
I placed an order, when will I be receiving my products?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, the delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that during weekends and holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
I haven’t received an order confirmation yet, when will I?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 - 48 hours to be sent out. If you have not received your order confirmation after 48 hours, please contact us at cocoabutterkissescosmetics@gmail.com with your questions.
